The status of camping with us this season - 4th update (published July 4, 2020):
We've been open to Islanders for a month and now we're looking forward to welcoming those in the Atlantic Bubble to our little spot of wonderfulness too! We stay hopeful that the near future will allow us to also welcome those from further afield than Atlantic Canada.
For those of you residing in the Atlantic Bubble looking to camp we would like you to know that we are accepting new reservations and will continue to accept them throughout the summer. As set down by the PEI Public Health Office we are not permitted to accept walk in campers, you must have a reservation to camp. If you find yourself out and about exploring and decide to spend the night, please just give us a call (either from the side of the road or down the road at one of our neighbourhood restaurants) to book your spot to Come Camp Away! If you are camping and you plan to have friends visit please let them know that the new protocols require that each guest sign in at our office, each and every time they visit you.
We will have our washrooms/showers open and with physical distancing rules in place we are required to limit the number of people in each washroom to only 4 people at a time, regardless of their household relationships. For those traveling in a recreational vehicle with washroom facilities - whenever possible please use the facilities in your RV to reduce traffic (and wait times) in the public washrooms. You are still able to use the public facilities but just keep in mind we are trying to minimize risk and wait times for everyone. The laundry room is also open and limited to just those sharing a household in there at any one time. Both these areas as well as all public spaces, will be cleaned on a more frequent basis and disinfectant sprays are located in all areas for everyone to use in order to ensure the good health of everyone.
All campers and their visitors will be required to adhere to the following protocols as well:
stay home if you are not feeling well;
maintain social distancing with those not part of your household;
Wash or sanitize hands before and after visiting shared amenities;
limit of 20 people in the pool / on the pool deck;
limit group gatherings (campfires, play field, etc.) to 20 people
Campers will be required to sign a declaration at time of booking; visitors will agree to protocols by the act of signing in to visit their camping friends. Both these measures are in place as set out in the campground operational guidelines provided by the PEI Public Health Office.
Please contact us with any questions you may have or to reserve your spot!
We look forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting a lot of new ones this summer,

Come Camp Away!
A tranquil, family campground nestled between
the shores of North Lake and the Atlantic Ocean.
Welcome to Eastern PEI's newest campground.
Family owned and operated, we are proud to call Eastern PEI home!
We offer 2-way sites (power and water) and 3-way sites (power, water and sewer)
(both at the same price!) and unserviced sites.
Our 2-way and 3-way sites offer 15, 30, or 50 amp power.
Our unserviced sites are perfect for tents and drinking water is available nearby.
Washroom facilities, including hot showers, are available all season long and are included
with your camping fee. Our new laundry room is up and running - it’s small but very handy.
WIFI is free and somewhat reliable - cell service is quite good depending on your service provider.
The beautiful in-ground pool is open from late-June until mid-September. It’s not heated so it is the perfect place to cool off after a day spent exploring all PEI has to offer.
The campground is close to numerous beautiful beaches
(two within walking distance), restaurants and loads of adventure.
